My name is Ashley Mason Brown. That’s me. Posed on a tree stump. Terrified. Because I had just decided to start this blog and while I was smiling for this picture, I was praying under my breath that people would actually read the crap that I wrote.
Turns out, they did.
Fast forward six months.When you have 100,000 eyeballs on you, you start to get a little sweaty-palmed. Even though my entire life has involved me writing to some degree- I have to admit, it’s totally different when you know people are actually reading what you’ve written. There’s a bit more.. what’s the word? Oh right… accountability.
The subjects of my features are honest with me and entrust me to use their story to help others out there who are going through the same experiences. I feel that God has given me this opportunity to help people connect and know they’re not alone.
It’s a happy mission and I’m loving every moment. Happy Reading!
